AdEx is a decentralized ad exchange built on blockchain technology. Efforts are made to solve the most important contemporary problems in the advertising industry: violating the privacy of end-users; misleading reporting for advertisers; advertising fraud; increasing ad-blockers; etc.
AdEx was founded in 2017 and is being developed by a team that has worked together on Stremio, a video entertainment hub that grew from 0 to 4 million installations in less than 2 years.
The mission is to create a universal advertising network that works on every device and / or operating system and offers publishers a platform that is beneficial for all parties involved in the process, including end users.
During the ICO from 30 June 2017 to 30 July 2017, 80 million ADX were sold out of the total 100 million. The remaining 20 million was divided as follows, 16 million for the developers and 4 million for a bounty program.
