Do you have a formal complaint?

We are committed to providing you with the best possible service and we take your feedback very seriously. If you wish to file a formal complaint, you can do so in the following ways:

• Use our online complaint form below; or
• Download the PDF file, fill it in, and send it via email to [email protected] with the subject 'Formal Complaint'; or
• Send us a letter with the official complaint form, by mail to Coinmerce B.V., Beechavenue 140, 1119 PR Schiphol-Rijk, The Netherlands.

We strive to resolve your issue within 10 business days. However, it may take up to two months from the date we confirm receipt of your complaint.

Complaints are handled and responded to free of charge.

You can submit complaints in Dutch or English.

If you are not satisfied with the way we have handled your complaint, you can refer the matter to the competent court according to the Geschäftsbedingungen.
