We strive to resolve your issue within 10 business days. However, it may take up to two months from the date we confirm receipt of your complaint.
Complaints are handled and responded to free of charge.
You can submit complaints in Dutch or English.
If you are not satisfied with the way we have handled your complaint, you can refer the matter to the competent court according to the
Terms & Conditions.
