What is Reef (REEF)?
REEF is a DeFi platform built on Polkadot that aims to make delivering cross-chain trading easy. The four most important features for Reef are solidity, liquidity bridge, reef staking and community governance.
As mentioned before, Reef is built with Polkadot substrate. The Reef chain features next-gen blockchain technology that utilizes Nominated Proof of Stake Consensus, EVM extensions, on-chain upgradability, libp2p networking and state of the art cryptography.
Who founded Reefs?
Denko Mancheski founded reef finance. He is born in Macedonia and has a great passion for fintech, which led him to blockchain technology.
His motivation to start Reef is to remove any technical barriers for retail investors who want to get involved with
DeFi.
How does Reef work?
Reef targets new and current DeFi users who don't know how to keep up with the best investment strategies. They also want to tackle the high gas fees that are currently on the Ethereum blockchain.
The unique proposition of Reef is that any DeFi protocol can integrate into its operating system. Every user can enter and exit into a chosen position and remove the hassle of managing liquidity pool tokens.
Because Reef is built on
Polkadot, it can support DeFi protocols on different networks like Avalanche, Moonbeam, Plasma, Ethereum and the Binance Smart Chain. As a result, Reef users have access to a broader number of platforms without requiring multiple accounts and a bunch of usernames and passwords.
Can I earn money with Reef?
Yes, you can earn money by trading Reef (REEF). Buy low, sell high. Reef can be used to trade against other cryptocurrencies. Always trade responsibly. Often the price is influenced by Reef news.
