Multichain (MULTI)

Multichain is a unique platform that facilitates the movement of cryptocurrencies and non-fungible tokens (NFTs) across different blockchains. Transferring assets between blockchain networks can be challenging due to the use of different technologies and protocols. Multichain, formerly known as Anyswap, provides a secure solution for exchanging tokens between blockchain networks. One of the key advantages of Multichain is its versatility. If a token exists on multiple blockchains, it utilizes liquidity pools to enable seamless transfer. If a token does not exist on the target blockchain, Multichain securely holds the tokens in one network while creating new tokens in the other network. The collateralization of tokens ensures the value transfer between blockchains. Multichain also has its own cryptocurrency called MULTI. Holders of the previous cryptocurrency, ANY, have the opportunity to convert it to MULTI. The MULTI token also serves governance functions, allowing holders to participate in decision-making processes regarding the operation of Multichain. Additionally, MULTI is used as a means of payment within the platform.
