I have purchased coins with SEPA / bank transfer but I do not see them in my wallet yet

It may take 1 or 2 business days for a SEPA payment to arrive in our bank account. Once the payment is received by Coinmerce, the selected cryptocurrency is purchased and added to your wallet. This is not necessarily beneficial in a volatile market, which is why we recommend depositing euros first if you want to pay using SEPA.

Deposit euros
Log in with your email and password and go to the 'Wallets' tab. There, select Euro balance, choose buy and enter the desired amount. On the next screen, select the preferred payment method. Complete the payment and you will see your updated balance as soon as possible. With you euro balance you can invest directly in cryptocurrencies. You can also set limit orders and repeat orders.
