Why do I get a message that my password is incorrect?


If you get a message that your password is incorrect, it is probably because you entered a password that does not match the one you initially set up. Check if the password you entered is the password that belongs to your account. Make sure Caps lock is not activated and you did not make a typo. If you repeatedly entered the wrong password the login will be temporarily blocked.

If you have forgotten your password click on the button "Forgot password" when logging in or contact our support department. If you have received an e-mail containing your new password but it still does not work, please wait one hour before trying to log in again. Logging in should then work.
