Crypto can be safe not spooky

Cryptocurrency may seem complex or intimidating, but protecting your assets doesn‘t have to be. Just like Halloween brings spooky surprises, the crypto world has its own risks like hackers, scams, and poor security habits that can endanger your investments. The good news? You don‘t need to be spooked! By learning key safety practices and making smart choices, you can safeguard your crypto portfolio with confidence. This Halloween, Coinmerce is here to help you skip the tricks and focus on the treats, empowering you with the knowledge to keep your investments as safe as can be.

Bad habits in crypto

  • Weak, common passwords: Easy-to-guess passwords make it simple for hackers to access your accounts.
  • Reusing passwords: Using the same password across multiple platforms increases vulnerability.
  • Clicking on phishing emails: Scammers trick you into revealing personal info or clicking malicious links.

    Good habits in crypto

  • Do your own research (DYOR): Understand the projects before investing to avoid scams.
  • Diversify your portfolio: Spread investments across different cryptocurrencies to minimize risk.
  • Use safe platforms like Coinmerce: Prioritize security and reliability.
  • Enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA): Add extra protection to your accounts for enhanced security.

    Claim your Halloween treat

At Coinmerce, we‘re celebrating Halloween by rewarding good crypto habits! To encourage better security practices, we‘re offering a special bonus of €10 in crypto for users who activate Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) for the first time during this Halloween campaign.
