During Christmas our support team is less easily accessible
Christmas is just around the corner and preparations for Christmas dinner can almost start. At Coinmerce, we also celebrate Christmas. During these days, our support department will be less accessible than you are used to.
On December 25th and 26th and January 1st, we are less accessible than usual. During these days we will not be available by phone. Nor will we be available by live chat. You can reach us by sending an email to
[email protected]. You can reach us by email from 09:00 to 22:00.
Emergencies will of course always be dealt with immediately.
We normally offer 3 ways for you to contact our support department so that we can help you as quickly as possible when you have questions or run into a problem.
In the lower right corner of the website, you can find an icon that directs you to the live chat. When you press the icon, the live chat opens and you can ask all your questions.
You can also contact our support department by calling them. Here you can immediately ask your question and you will be helped as best as possible. Normally you can contact us by phone on working days from 09:00 to 17:00.
