Render Token (RNDR)

Render Token is a token that is used to fuel Render Network. The RNDR token makes use of the ERC20 protocol. This is the standard protocol used by tokens on Ethereum's blockchain. Many other blockchains have also adopted this protocol. This is because the protocol has proven itself over the years to be workable, secure and ong.

Render Network provides distributed computing power. In simpler language, this means that you can use computing power from the Render Network. This makes it possible to, for example, render graphics on another machine. Very useful when you do not have enough computing power at your disposal to do this successfully.

RNDR could be seen as the fuel of Render Network. Without this token there is no computer power that can be offered. In fact, the entire Render Network would not exist if the Render Token did not exist. Because Render Network is also used for rendering the metaverse, for example, Render Token has an important function within the development of Web 3.0.
