Live Chat
You can find our live chat in the lower-right corner of every page of our website. When you click on the icon, the live chat will open.

Email
You can send an email to [email protected]. To answer your question in a satisfying manner as soon as possible, we kindly request you:

- To send the request with the email address you used to register at Coinmerce.
- To provide as much details regarding your question as possible.
- If possible, to send a screenshot of the transaction or page you have a question about.
