Terms and Conditions

The HODL Day giveaway runs from December 15th to December 17th. Participants must use the Coinmerce app to find the hidden HODL giveaway in order to participate. The giveaway is only valid for users residing in the Netherlands, Spain, or France. Users are eligible to win only if they have completed their bank and ID verification.

To participate, participants must find the hidden HODL giveaway in the app and sign up for the giveaway. The first 20 people who successfully find and sign up for the HODL page will win exclusive HODL socks.

The prizes will be sent to the addresses provided in the winners' Coinmerce accounts on or after December 27th. Participants must provide an email address to Coinmerce when participating in the giveaway. Winners will be notified by our support team via email to collect the delivery address. If a winner does not respond by December 21st, 2023, Coinmerce BV reserves the right to choose a new winner.

General Terms:

- Only entries received within the campaign period will be considered.- Each participant can only enter once- The decision of the Coinmerce BV  regarding the winners will be final.- The prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.- Coinmerce BV  reserves the right to amend or terminate the contest at any time without prior notice.- By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
