Terms & Conditions

1. The November Campaign (“Campaign”) is organised by Coinmerce B.V. (“Company”) and is subject to the following terms and conditions. The Campaign involves referring new users to Coinmerce and receiving €10 in crypto each for a successful referral and registration.
2. The Campaign will be available from November 25th, 2025 at 00:00 until November 28th, 2025 at 23:59 (CET).
3. The promotion applies to all residents or nationals of countries where Coinmerce offers its services.
4. To participate, individuals must be verified users of Coinmerce at the time the Campaign starts and refer new users to the platform.
5. To qualify as a successful referral, the referred friend must:
a. Sign up for a Coinmerce account using the unique referral link provided by the existing user; and
b. Complete the required account verification process (including ID and bank verification) by the end of the campaign period.

6. The referral reward of €10 will be credited to both the referrer and the referred friend‘s Coinmerce account after the referred friend‘s account has been fully verified and no customer screening is active. If customer screening is still ongoing, the reward will be paid out once the screening process has been completed.
7. The reward will be distributed as €5 worth of BTC and €5 worth of ETH. The reward may not be converted, withdrawn, or otherwise used with the sole intent of transferring it to a bank account.
8. Bonus Asset Handling
The bonus-assets issued as part of this Campaign will not be dusted, liquidated, or sold upon user request. Assets on the Coinmerce platform can only be sold or swapped once the value of the relevant asset reaches at least €10, in accordance with platform trading thresholds.
9. There is no limit to the number of referrals an existing user can make during the Campaign period.
10. The referral reward is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of currency.
11. The Company reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Campaign or these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The Company may withhold, revoke, or adjust rewards in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, misuse of the referral programme, or violation of any applicable laws or platform rules.
12. By participating in the Campaign, individuals agree to abide by these terms and conditions and the decisions of the Company, which shall be final and binding in all matters relating to the Campaign.
13. The Campaign is subject to all applicable laws and regulations, and void where prohibited.
14. Interpretation Clause
Coinmerce reserves the exclusive right to the final interpretation of this promotion and its terms. In case of ambiguity, conflict, or uncertainty, Coinmerce‘s determination shall prevail. For any questions, please contact Customer Support.

16. By participating in the Campaign, individuals consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information in accordance with Coinmerce‘s Privacy Policy. 17. In addition to the terms and conditions specified in this Campaign, Coinmerce‘s general terms and conditions apply.
18. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands.
