About Tensor

Tensor is the NFT marketplace on Solana, founded by Ilja Moisejevs and Richard Wu in 2022. Initially intended for pro-traders, after users requested it, a Lite version was also developed for less professional traders. Built on scalable Solana, transactions can be executed quickly and with low fees. There are over 10,000 available collections on Tensor, with the Pro version allowing access to Automated Market Making, compressed NFTs, and arbitrage features. This makes Tensor the first known NFT marketplace to transition into an AMM-integrated marketplace. This enables a user to provide liquidity for both buy and sell orders within a specific NFT collection, adding liquidity to that collection. It also acts as an aggregator, meaning it finds the best prices of an NFT to offer the best buy and sell ratio to its users. The markets that Tensor currently supports for aggregating liquidity for NFTs include TensorSwap, HadeSwap, HyperSpace, MagicEden, and Solanart. The native token is $TNSR, which is used as a governance token.
