Coinmerce will change deposit and withdrawing addresses


We would like to inform you about the upcoming changes regarding the depositing and withdrawing cryptocurrencies on Coinmerce, starting Monday 11th of March.

Please find below a summary of what is essential to know about this:

1. You will receive new deposit addresses for your cryptocurrencies. So follow the process for depositing cryptocurrencies, and do not assume
your current address is still correct. Please get in touch with our support team if you have deposited to your old address.
2. For some cryptocurrencies, the network used for deposits and withdrawals will change. I.E from Binance Smart Chain to Ethereum.
3. If you have verified external wallets for a cryptocurrency for which the withdrawal network will change, we will remove this to prevent issues.
4. We will stop supporting deposits for a selection of cryptocurrencies.
5. We will start supporting deposits for a selection of cryptocurrencies.
6. A real-time overview of supported cryptocurrencies and used networks can be found here.
7. These changes will be implemented gradually during the coming two weeks. Once the transition has been completed, we will announce this via email.

To underline our commitment to security, we have expanded our partnership with custody provider Fireblocks and will utilise Multi-Party Computation (MPC) technology to keep your assets in cold storage.

How long will this change of addresses take?
The change of addresses will start Monday the 11th of March and will take approximately 2 weeks for all the deposit addresses to be switched.

Will all cryptocurrencies be supported for deposit and withdrawals?
No, not all cryptocurrencies will be supported for deposits and withdrawals. Some cryptocurrencies that were not supported before will now be supported, but there will also be some cryptocurrencies that will no longer be supported.
