About Pons (PONS)

Pons (PONS) belongs to pons, a platform on Robinhood Chain. Robinhood Chain is a network that works with Ethereum. From your own wallet you launch a new token or trade one that someone else launched. pons does not hold your funds. You approve each launch and each trade yourself. A launch creates the token and its trading pool in one step. The token has a fixed supply of 1 billion and trades against WETH, a form of ETH used in that pool. The liquidity stays locked in the pool, so the creator cannot simply take those pooled assets out. Buying and selling happen in that same pool from the start. When the pool holds enough WETH, the default level is 4.2 ETH, the launch is marked as graduated. Trading continues in the same pool. Graduation only means that level was reached. PONS is one of those launched tokens. It has already graduated and trades in its own locked pool on Robinhood Chain. Trades in a launch pool include a 1% fee. On current launches the creator keeps 70% and the protocol keeps 30%. The protocol uses 80% of its share to buy PONS and send it to a burn address, which removes those tokens from circulation. Burning tokens does not guarantee a higher price. Tokens on pons are created by users. Names and images can be copied, so check the token address before you approve a transaction. Prices can move quickly and a pool can have little liquidity. The PONS contract on Robinhood Chain is 0x39dBED3a2bd333467115dE45665cC57F813C4571. PONS is not issued by Robinhood.

What is Pons?

Pons (PONS) is the token of pons, a platform where people launch and trade new tokens on Robinhood Chain. Robinhood Chain is a network that works with Ethereum. You create a token or trade one from your own wallet. pons does not hold your funds. Every launch and every trade is a transaction you approve yourself. A launch puts a new token and its trading pool on the network in one step. Each of those tokens has a fixed supply of 1 billion and trades against WETH, a form of ETH used inside the pool. The liquidity in that pool is locked, so the creator cannot simply remove those pooled assets. Buying and selling start in that same pool. When enough WETH has been added, the default threshold is 4.2 ETH, the launch is marked as graduated. Trading continues in the same pool. Graduation only means the threshold was reached. It does not say anything about quality, liquidity, or price. PONS is one of those launched tokens. It has already graduated and trades in its own locked pool. On Robinhood Chain its contract address is 0x39dBED3a2bd333467115dE45665cC57F813C4571. The project writes its name in lowercase, pons. PONS is not issued by Robinhood.

How does Pons work?

You start from your own wallet. A launch mints a token with a fixed supply of 1 billion and opens a Uniswap v3 pool against WETH in the same transaction. The liquidity in that pool is locked. Buys and sells move the price in that pool from the first trade. For a short window after launch, buys from the pool are limited per wallet. On the launch block itself, only the creator's first buy can execute. After that, each wallet can hold at most 5% of supply and buy at most 5.5% during the rest of that window. Selling and transfers between wallets are not limited by it. The limits end when the window closes. The launch is marked as graduated once the WETH in the locked pool reaches the threshold. The default threshold is 4.2 ETH. Trading stays in the same pool. Nothing is moved to a second market.

What can you use Pons and PONS for?

Launch a token: you set the name, symbol, image, description, and links, and the token plus its pool go live from your wallet. Trade a launched token: you buy or sell against WETH in that token's locked pool. The price you see is the live pool price. Hold PONS: PONS is the reference token of this system. The protocol uses part of its trading fees to buy PONS and send it to a burn address. That reduces the supply in circulation. It does not guarantee a higher price.

What makes Pons unique?

Locked pool from the first trade: a launch creates the token and its Uniswap v3 pool in one transaction. The token has a fixed supply of 1 billion and trades against WETH. The liquidity stays in that pool, so the creator cannot simply remove it. Buying and selling start in that same pool. When the pool holds enough WETH, the default level is 4.2 ETH, the launch is marked as graduated and trading stays there. Nothing moves to a second pool. Fee split that stays fixed: trades include a 1% fee. On current launches the creator keeps 70% and the protocol keeps 30%. Older launches keep 90% for the creator and 10% for the protocol. That split is set when the token launches and does not change later. PONS buyback from protocol fees: the protocol uses 80% of its fee share to buy PONS and send those tokens to a burn address, which takes them out of circulation. The other 20% goes to infrastructure and the team. Burning tokens does not guarantee a higher price. Your wallet stays in control: pons does not hold your funds. You approve each launch and each trade yourself. In the first blocks after a launch, buys from the pool are limited per wallet. Selling and transfers between wallets are not limited by that window. Robinhood Chain only: launches run on Robinhood Chain and are quoted against WETH. PONS is one graduated token of this system, at contract 0x39dBED3a2bd333467115dE45665cC57F813C4571. It is not issued by Robinhood. Token names can be copied, so the contract address is what identifies PONS.

Advantages of Pons

Liquidity lock: pooled assets stay in the trading pool, so a creator cannot simply withdraw them after launch. One pool: trading starts and continues in the same pool. Graduation does not move the token to a new market. Clear fee split: the creator and protocol shares are fixed when a token launches. You keep custody: launches and trades are transactions from your own wallet.

Disadvantages and risks of Pons

Tokens on pons are created by users. A familiar name or image can belong to a different contract, so the token address is what you need to check. Prices can move quickly and a pool can have little liquidity. Graduation only means a WETH threshold was reached. It is not a quality label. Smart contracts, wallets, and the network can fail. A burn of PONS does not guarantee a higher price. PONS is not issued by Robinhood.

Conclusion

Pons (PONS) is the token of pons, a platform for launching and trading tokens on Robinhood Chain from your own wallet. Each launch creates a fixed supply token and a locked WETH pool. Protocol fees can be used to buy and burn PONS. Check the contract address, and remember that a new token can lose its value.
