How to Transfer Your Crypto from Binance to Coinmerce

Due to the new MiCA regulation (Markets in Crypto-Assets) in the European Union, crypto providers can only offer services if they have an official license. Binance does not (yet) comply with this and is therefore not allowed to offer services in the EU. Do you still have crypto on Binance? Safely transfer your assets to a regulated platform.

Coinmerce is a strong alternative: registered with De Nederlandsche Bank (DNB), MiCA-compliant, and with over 450 cryptocurrencies. In this article, we explain step by step how to easily and safely transfer your crypto from Binance to Coinmerce.

From Binance to Coinmerce: A Guide

To successfully transfer your crypto, we have split the process into two parts: what you do on Coinmerce and what you do on Binance. Follow both steps for each cryptocurrency you want to move.

Tip: Watch the video (if available) or follow the steps below.

What to Do on Coinmerce

Step 1: Log in to your Coinmerce account. No account yet? Create an account here (https://coinmerce.io).

Step 2: Go to Coins and select the cryptocurrency you want to receive.

Step 3: Click on Deposit and copy the wallet address.

Note:

  • Make sure you choose the correct network (e.g., ERC-20, BEP-20, TRC-20). This must match what you select on Binance.

  • Some coins require a memo/tag/destination tag. Copy this as well and fill it in during the withdrawal on Binance. Without a memo, your deposit may be lost.

What to Do on Binance

Step 1: Log in to your Binance account (website or app).

Step 2: Go to Wallet → Overview (or Assets) and choose Withdraw.

Step 3: Select the cryptocurrency you want to send.

Step 4: Paste the Coinmerce deposit address that you copied in Step 3 on Coinmerce.

Step 5: Choose the same network as on Coinmerce. A wrong network can lead to permanent loss of your crypto.

Step 6: Enter the amount and add a memo/tag if Coinmerce requires it.

Step 7: Confirm the withdrawal with your 2FA (and possibly email/SMS verification).

After network confirmation, your crypto usually arrives in your Coinmerce account within a few minutes to a few hours. The exact time depends on the network and the number of confirmations required.

Important Before You Send

  • Double-check address and network — a mistake is often irreversible.

  • Do a small test transaction first if you are transferring a large amount.

  • Send each coin separately — each network and coin has its own rules.

  • Be aware of withdrawal fees on Binance and any minimum amounts.

Which Coins Cannot Be Transferred to Coinmerce?

Coinmerce offers one of the largest selections in Europe with over 450 cryptocurrencies. However, it may happen that Binance has coins that are (not yet) available on Coinmerce.

In that case, you cannot send that coin directly to Coinmerce. Possible options:

  • Exchange on Binance to a coin that is available on Coinmerce (e.g., BTC, ETH, or USDT) and send that.

  • Check in the Coinmerce app under Coins if your coin is available before withdrawing.

  • Contact support if you are unsure — we help you choose the safest path.

Only transfer coins that you can receive on Coinmerce. For the most up-to-date list: open the Coinmerce app or website and search for the coin under Coins.
